What happens after the 7-day free trial?
At the end of your trial, your access to the platform ends automatically. Nothing gets charged, nothing gets billed — because we never asked for a card in the first place. Before your trial ends, we’ll email you a reminder with a link to sign up for a paid membership if you want to keep going. If you don’t, that’s fine too. Your account stays on file and you can come back any time.
Do I need a credit card to start the free trial?
No. Just your name and email address. That’s it. We built the trial this way on purpose — if you’re going to try the platform, we don’t want a credit card wall standing between you and the content. If you decide to become a member after the trial, the paid signup is where card details come in.
Can I cancel my membership anytime?
Yes. Once you’re a paid member, you can cancel any time through your account page — head to Settings and follow the cancellation prompts. Your membership won’t renew, and your access continues through the end of the billing period you already paid for. No cancellation fees, no phone calls, no runaround.
What’s the difference between monthly and annual?
Both give you the same complete access to every course, every instructor, and every skill on the platform. The difference is how you pay: monthly is $15/month billed each month, annual is $150 billed once per year — which works out to $12.50/month and saves you 17%. Same platform, same content. Pick whichever billing rhythm fits you better.
What devices can I watch on?
Any device with a modern browser — desktop, laptop, tablet, or phone. Courses stream responsively so they look right whether you’re at your desk or on your phone in the field. Support for TV streaming devices like Apple TV, Amazon Fire TV, and Roku is on the roadmap and coming soon.
Is the platform available outside the US?
Yes. Survival Mastery is available worldwide — all you need is an internet connection. Payment processing is handled through Stripe, which supports most major cards internationally.
Are new courses added regularly?
Yes. We add new courses to the platform every month, along with new instructors, new content, and platform improvements as we grow. Members get access to everything new the moment it goes live — no upgrades, no extra charges. Your membership grows with the platform.
