Modern education runs on data. Your data deserves modern everything.
A learning and student management platform built from the ground up for the institutions shaping the next generation — with the functionality to run your school, the flexibility to fit your curriculum, and the security your families demand.
Our Promise.
Education has always been the work of building futures — one student at a time, one classroom at a time, one institution at a time. We built Survival Mastery because we believe the platforms that support that work should be as serious about it as the people doing it.
That means a platform that runs reliably, configures flexibly, secures absolutely, and treats every institution as the unique organization it is — not a record in a database. Built by operators. Designed for partnership. Trusted with the data that matters most.
One platform. Every institution.
From K-12 districts to higher education, from international schools to alternative education programs, Survival Mastery is designed to serve the full breadth of educational institutions — with the same platform, the same security standard, the same commitment to partnership.
Public, private, charter, and independent schools. Single campuses to multi-district networks. Full curriculum delivery with the institutional infrastructure to support it.
Community colleges, four-year institutions, and graduate programs. Course delivery, student progression tracking, and the administrative tooling academic programs require.
Cross-curricula institutions delivering American, British, IB, or local frameworks. Multi-language, multi-currency, multi-region support built into the platform foundation.
Homeschool networks, online academies, vocational programs, after-school initiatives, and youth development organizations. Built for the institutions that don't fit traditional templates.
One platform. Three pillars.
Survival Mastery is built around three connected capability areas that work together as one system. Click any pillar below to explore what it does — and how it connects to everything else.
Each pillar handles a critical area of institutional operation — and every pillar speaks to every other. Course progression flows into reporting. Attendance flows into family communications. Integration flows into every dashboard. One platform, three pillars, infinite connections.
Learning that meets students where they are.
A full-featured learning management system designed for the way modern students actually engage. Streaming-quality video. Interactive assessments. AI-powered learning support that adapts to each student's progress — without ever influencing their grades or credentialing.
Course & Curriculum Delivery
Custom course building with your curriculum, your structure, your standards. Multi-format video streaming with adaptive playback. Quizzes, assignments, and assessment workflows. Course progression tracking with mastery indicators. Every institution builds courses that fit their frameworks — American, British, IB, or entirely custom.
AI-Powered Learning Support
Adaptive learning paths that respond to where each student is. Intelligent tutoring that fills knowledge gaps. Real-time content recommendations. Built into the platform, not bolted on. And — critically — AI never influences student progression, grading, or credentialing. Those decisions stay with your educators.
Student Experience
The streaming-quality experience students expect from modern learning. Mobile-ready by default. Progress visibility that builds engagement. Deliberately not designed for engagement-maximization — no infinite scroll, no notification loops, no ad-optimized retention design. Learning designed to serve learners, not exploit them.
The infrastructure that runs your institution.
The connective tissue of institutional life — the rosters, attendance, dashboards, and workflows that keep your school running. Built for the people doing the actual work, with the bulk operations and quick actions that turn ten-step processes into one-click decisions.
Comprehensive Student Rostering
Centralized student records, enrollment, and management — with a critical differentiator: the ability to add students and their parents to your institution's roster even when they're not enrolled in LMS courses. Track everyone you're responsible for, not just the ones taking classes today.
Attendance Tracking
Real-time attendance through the instructor dashboard. Mark, edit, and report attendance with the workflows teachers actually need. Automated parent notifications. Configurable rules per program or institution. Built for how teachers actually run their day.
Teacher & Instructor Tools
Classroom command centers with multi-class visibility. Assignment, assessment, and grading workflows. Quick action sidebars and bulk operations for the workflows teachers run dozens of times a day. Built by watching how educators actually work, not how software engineers imagine they might.
Administrator Dashboards
Multi-program visibility for the people running your institution. Cross-cohort reporting. Custom role-based access controls. Configuration tools that let you adapt the platform to your operational structure. The view from the top is built from the ground up.
The visibility layer that makes everything actionable.
The data your institution generates, organized in the ways your stakeholders actually need to see it. From individual student trajectories to district-wide patterns, from compliance reports to board presentations — the visibility layer that turns raw platform data into decisions.
Real-Time Dashboards
Role-based visibility from the classroom to the boardroom. Configurable widgets and reporting. Visual analytics that turn raw data into actionable insight. Every stakeholder sees exactly the data they need, filtered by their role and responsibility.
Reporting & Analytics
Custom reporting, data exports, state and regulatory reporting templates, and multi-program analytics. Historical data retention with trend analysis. Compliance reports your stakeholders can actually use, not the report-shaped PDFs vendors call "reporting."
Communication & Family Engagement
Parent portals, configurable notification systems, in-platform messaging with role-based threading, and email/SMS integration. The connective layer between school and home, designed to keep families informed without overwhelming them.
Integration & Interoperability
Single Sign-On, Student Information System integration, gradebook passback to your existing systems, OneRoster compliance, and API access for custom integrations. Built to work with what you have, not against it.
Built to fit. Built to last.
Every institution we work with looks a little different. Different curricula. Different communities. Different administrative structures. We don't ask you to fit our template — we configure the platform to fit your institution. And we stay with you long after launch, because real partnerships don't end at delivery.
Your logo, your colors, your domain. Students and families experience the platform as part of your institution, not someone else's.
Your curriculum, your courses, your structure. We build around what you already have rather than asking you to rebuild from scratch.
Custom roles, permissions, workflows, and reporting. The platform adapts to how your institution actually operates.
Built for institutions operating across borders, languages, and educational frameworks. International by design.
Your student data is yours. You can export it. You can take it with you. We earn your trust by delivering value — not by holding your data hostage.
Named account managers who know your institution. Direct escalation paths. Response times measured in hours, not days.
The platform was built from the ground up as a single integrated system — not assembled through acquisitions of legacy products. Which is why it actually works as one.
Built with the security, scalability, and integration patterns of contemporary software. No 30-year-old codebase. No paid-for-deletion incidents. No "we'll patch it next quarter."
A platform that grows with you.
Every feature we build for one institution becomes part of the platform for all. When our institutional partners need new capability, we build it — and every other institution on Survival Mastery benefits from that work.
That's not a roadmap promise. That's the operating model. The attendance tracking, the rostering tools, the dashboard enhancements built for sophisticated institutional partners flow directly to every school using the platform. Your investment compounds with theirs. Their growth becomes your capability.
The work of education doesn't stand still — and neither do we.
Security by design. Not by patch.
Your students' data is the most sensitive information your institution handles. The platform that holds it must reflect that responsibility — not as a feature, not as an afterthought, but as foundational architecture.
Survival Mastery runs on enterprise-grade hosting infrastructure with SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001, FERPA, and GDPR compliance at the infrastructure layer. Payment processing runs through PCI-DSS Level 1 certified infrastructure. Every architectural decision — from how data is stored to how access is granted to how incidents are detected — is built around a single principle: the data of the students you serve is not ours to risk.
We don't store cardholder data. We don't share student information for advertising or analytics. We don't sell your data. And we don't use your data to train AI models. The platform we've built is the platform we defend — with the discipline the responsibility requires.
Every institution runs on its own database.
Survival Mastery uses tenant-isolated architecture at the database level — every institution runs on a separate WordPress installation with a separate MySQL database. There is no cross-tenant data sharing. There is no shared database that could be compromised across institutions. Isolation is enforced at the infrastructure layer, not merely at the application layer.
This is the architecture school districts should be asking every vendor about. Most can't answer.
Hosted on enterprise infrastructure with SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 certification. Direct Survival Mastery SOC 2 Type I on the roadmap for 2027.
FERPA-aligned data handling and GDPR-compliant data processing for U.S. and international students. UAE PDPL compliance for Gulf-region institutions.
Multi-factor authentication enforced for administrator accounts via TOTP authenticator apps. Universal MFA rollout for all users on the platform roadmap.
AI features run under enterprise no-training and zero-data-retention terms. Customer data is never used to train models. Session-scoped inference only.
AI never influences student progression, grading, or credentialing. Those decisions stay with your educators, always.
Payment processing runs through PCI-DSS Level 1 certified infrastructure. We don't store cardholder data. Tokenization happens outside our platform.
End-to-end encryption in transit (TLS 1.2 / 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). Legacy TLS versions and deprecated ciphers disabled at the platform edge.
Daily automated backups, encrypted at rest, stored across geographically redundant data centers with configurable retention.
Personal data breach notification within 72 hours of discovery. Full incident response protocols with documented remediation.
How we work together.
Adopting a new platform is a serious institutional decision. Our partnership process is designed to make it the right one — from first conversation through long-term operation.
We start by listening. What does your institution need? What's working today? What isn't? What would success look like a year from now? Real discovery, not a sales pitch.
We configure the platform around what we learned. White-label branding, custom workflows, integration architecture, content migration, role and permission structures. Built to fit.
Pilot with a single program or roll out across your institution. We handle deployment, training, communication, and the operational support that turns a launch into success.
Real partnership doesn't end at launch. We work alongside your institution as it evolves — new programs, new requirements, new opportunities. Your success is our success.
Let's talk about your institution.
Whether you're exploring options, evaluating platforms, or ready for a proposal — we want to hear what you're building and where you're trying to take your institution. The conversation starts with a single message.
