Introduction.

Welcome to Survival Mastery, operated by Survival Mastery, Inc. ("Survival Mastery," "we," "us," or "our").

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, services, and products. By accessing or using Survival Mastery, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Cookie Policy, and any additional terms presented to you at the time of purchase. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the platform.

Membership & subscription.

a. Membership

Survival Mastery offers memberships, billed monthly or annually, that provide access to our library of survival and outdoor living skills courses. By purchasing a membership, you gain access to the content available during your subscription period. A free trial may also be available; see "Free Trials" under Additional Terms below.

b. Payment and cancellation

Cancellation (California): California subscribers may cancel their subscription without penalty or obligation within three business days of subscribing. To cancel, contact Survival Mastery Customer Service or mail the Notice of Cancellation to the postal address below.

Refunds (non-California): For non-California subscribers, refunds may be requested by contacting Survival Mastery Customer Service through our Help Center, by email, or by mailing a signed notice of cancellation to our postal address below. Please include your name and the email address, phone number, or other unique identifier used to sign up for the account.

Refunds for non-California subscribers are available only within 15 days of the original subscription date. Any refund request made after this 15-day period will not be granted. After the 15-day period, all subscription fees are non-refundable, regardless of service usage or other circumstances. To qualify for a refund, you must notify Survival Mastery Customer Service within this time frame.

If a subscription is canceled, it remains active until the end of the current subscription term. It will not renew upon expiration, and no further charges will be applied. No prorated refunds or credits are issued for unused time within the subscription period.

Online store. Coming Soon

Survival Mastery plans to launch an online store offering survival and outdoor gear. The terms below will apply to store purchases once the store is available.

a. Products and orders

Products: Product descriptions and prices will be subject to change without notice.

Orders: Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase the products. Orders will be subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.

Shipping and returns: We aim to ship orders promptly; however, delivery times may vary. Customers may return products within 15 days of receipt for a refund or exchange, subject to our Return Policy.

Giveaways.

From time to time, Survival Mastery may run giveaways. When we do, the following general terms apply, along with any specific rules we publish for that giveaway.

a. No purchase necessary

Participation is open to all individuals aged 18 and above, with no purchase necessary to enter or win.

b. Mail-in entry

To enter for free, send a mail-in entry with your name, email address, and contact number to the address below.

c. Entry limitations

Each person may enter a giveaway only once. Mail-in entries receive one entry per person.

Disclaimer.

a. Educational purpose and assumption of risk

Survival Mastery's courses and content are provided for general educational and informational purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional instruction, medical advice, or emergency services. Survival, outdoor, and preparedness activities carry inherent risks. You are responsible for evaluating your own abilities, conditions, and circumstances, and for practicing these skills safely and lawfully. You assume all risk arising from your use of the content.

b. Content accuracy

While we strive to ensure the accuracy of the information presented, we do not warrant the completeness, accuracy, or reliability of any content on Survival Mastery.

c. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event shall Survival Mastery, its affiliates, or its suppliers be liable for any damages arising out of the use of, or inability to use, the materials or services on Survival Mastery.

Privacy.

We collect and process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

By using our website and services, you consent to that processing as described in our Privacy Policy.

Intellectual property.

a. Ownership

All content and materials on Survival Mastery are owned by Survival Mastery, Inc. or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

b. Your license to use

Your membership grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the content for your own use. You may not copy, download (except where expressly enabled), record, redistribute, sell, or publicly display the content without our written permission.

Governing law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA.

They shall be construed in accordance with those laws, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions.

California residents

Specific provisions regarding cancellation and refunds apply to California subscribers, as outlined in the Membership & Subscription section above.

Special promotions

Promotional pricing applies to your first year of membership. Renewals are billed at the standard monthly or annual price based on the membership payment plan you chose upon initial signup.

Free trials

Free trials last for the duration of the trial offer. Where a trial requires a card, your card will not be charged until the trial ends; cancel anytime within the trial period to avoid billing.

Multiple user accounts

Additional user accounts are being rolled out and may not yet be available in all areas.
