Signing in
Almost every sign-in problem comes down to one thing: which account you have, and which door it opens. Start here.
A free trial, or a monthly or annual membership you started yourself.
Sign in hereA school, youth program, troop, or employer set up your account. Check your welcome email. If it points to a different web address, sign in there rather than here.
What if I cannot find itHow to sign in
-
Go to the sign-in page
Open survivalmastery.co/login in any browser, on a phone, tablet, laptop, or desktop.
-
Enter your username or email address
Either one works in the Username or Email Address field. Most people find their email easier to remember, so use that if you are unsure.
-
Enter your password
Tick Show Password if you want to check what you typed before you send it. This matters more than it sounds: a trailing space copied from an email is the single most common reason a correct password is rejected.
-
Choose whether to stay signed in
Tick Remember Me and you stay signed in on that device for two weeks. Leave it unticked on any device you share.
-
Select Sign In
You land on your dashboard, where your courses and progress are waiting.
If something goes wrong
Select any question to open it.
Select Forgot Username or Password? on the sign-in page, or go straight to the password reset page. Enter the email address on your account and we send you a link to set a new one.
The link works once. If you request another, only the newest one will work, so use the most recent email.
You do not need it. Your email address works everywhere your username does, so sign in with that instead.
If you would still like to know it, you can see your username on your account page once you are signed in.
Nearly always, the account is under a different address than the one you are typing. Try any other address you use, including a work address or an older one.
Still nothing? Email support and tell us the name on the account. We will find it.
Check your spam or junk folder first, and search it for survivalmastery.co rather than scrolling. Filters at schools and larger organizations are the usual culprit.
Add info@survivalmastery.co to your contacts so the next one lands in your inbox, then request the email again.
If it still has not arrived after ten minutes, let us know.
Good news, nothing is wrong. Your session is still active from last time, so there is nothing to type. Head to your dashboard.
Seeing that on a device that is not yours? Sign out from your account page.
Your account does not go anywhere and neither does your progress. You can still sign in.
To open the library back up, choose a plan on your account page. Membership is 15 dollars a month, or 150 dollars a year.
Start with the welcome email from your program. It tells you which web address to use and what your username is. If that address is not this one, sign in there instead.
No welcome email, or not sure which program you are under? Ask the person who enrolled you, usually your teacher, instructor, troop leader, or program coordinator. They can see your account and resend your invitation.
That pattern almost always means cookies are being blocked. Signing in needs them, because a cookie is how the site remembers you from one page to the next.
- Leave private or incognito mode and try again in a normal window.
- Allow cookies for survivalmastery.co, then pause any tracker or ad blocker on this site.
- Still stuck? Try a different browser. If that works, the setting is in the first browser.
We will never ask for your password. Not by email, not by text, not on the phone, not in chat. Anyone who does is not us, whatever the message looks like.
Reset links only ever arrive because you asked for one. If a reset email turns up and you did not request it, ignore it, then tell us at info@survivalmastery.co.
Still stuck?
Tell us what happens when you try, and which email address you are using. That is usually all we need to sort it out.
